Such skills include leadership, excellent communication, time management and extensive knowledge of storytelling. A producer must be able to prepare a budget and select suitable crew and suppliers and work effectively under pressure. The role of the producer is the most important in a project and should be taken seriously in order to achieve a high quality product.
